Tune the filters to the permits you actually want
We've pre-applied Application Date is this week as an example. Adjust the date range, add city / county / permit type / status / project cost, and any other filters that match your target leads — the total updates live on the right. Broader filters return more records and cost more.
Filters
Narrow the dataset by location, permit type, date, status, and any other field. Estimate updates after a short delay.
Output columns
Pick which columns appear in the CSV. Including contractor or owner phone/email determines per-record pricing — see the breakdown on the right. (Picking a phone or email auto-includes the matching name.)
De-duplicate by
Optional. Keep only the first record (per your sort order) for each unique combination of the chosen columns. Useful for outbound campaigns — e.g. one row per contractor email or per phone number.

Sort order
Optional. Records are sorted by these columns before the CSV is generated.
