Questions, answered

How current is the data?
Permits are pulled directly from public-records sources and refreshed daily. The qualifying-count number you see at checkout is computed at that moment from the live database.
Why are some contact fields missing?
Not every permit filing has a contractor email or homeowner phone on record. We only charge you for records that have the contact fields the level you selected requires — pricing updates instantly as you change levels.
What happens if my count is too small?
Orders under the $15 minimum are blocked at checkout. Either widen your filters (add more cities or extend the date range) or upgrade to a higher enrichment level so the per-record price multiplies up to the minimum.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If the file fails to generate, or the data is materially wrong, contact support and we will refund through Stripe — usually same-day.
Is the data licensed for cold outreach?
Building permits are public records and the contact fields included are sourced from publicly-available business filings. You are responsible for complying with the outreach rules of your jurisdiction (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR, etc.).
Do you offer subscriptions or larger contracts?
Self-serve is pay-as-you-go with no commitment. For recurring exports, multi-state coverage, or custom enrichment, reach out and we will set up a private deal.
