About the Instant MA Permits dataset
Instant MA Permits is a self-serve permit-data product for Massachusetts. It indexes building, electrical, plumbing and gas permits filed with municipal building departments and exposes them, with optional contractor and homeowner contact data, as filtered CSV downloads.

How the price is calculated
Every row in your CSV is billed at one of five per-record rates, depending on which contact channels were both selected and present: $0.01 for permit-only rows, $0.03 / $0.05 for contractor channels, and $0.08 / $0.10 for homeowner channels. The qualifying-record count and the order total re-compute live as you change filters or toggle channels — what you see at checkout is exactly what you pay. The minimum order is $15.
